This is a powerful list, Monica. Several of your "things" resonate with me quite strongly, especially the close bond with your children and your fear of abandonment.

I was raised Catholic, and left the church a long time ago. I'm not entirely certain what I am now, but what you wrote sounded a lot like what I believe.
